360 Mentorship& Coaching Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older 

• Must pay monthly fee for academy program subscription 

• Must commit to being in the program for 3 months minimum

• Must complete Application & Non-Disclosure Form

• Must complete Media Release Form

• Must complete onboarding interview

• Must complete 90-day probation period to re-enroll in the Academy for ongoing mentorship-coaching
